Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take? Orders ship within 1-3 business days and arrive in 7-14 business days within the USA and Canada. Free shipping on orders over $50.

How do I track my order? You'll receive a tracking number by email within 24-48 hours of your order shipping. You can also check the status anytime on our Track My Order page.

Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Custom/personalized neon signs are made to order and are non-returnable. See our full Refund Policy for details.

How do I start a return? Email support@vibelux.online with your order number and reason for return, and we'll send instructions within 1-2 business days.

Products

Do your products come with a warranty? Yes, all VibeLux products are covered against manufacturing defects. Contact us if anything arrives damaged or stops working.

Can I customize my neon sign? Yes! Our Custom LED Neon Name Sign lets you choose color, size, and wording.

Orders

Can I change or cancel my order? Email us as soon as possible at support@vibelux.online. We can usually accommodate changes before an order ships.
