Want to know where your VibeLux order is? Here's how to check:

  1. Look for your shipping confirmation email, sent within 24-48 hours of your order shipping — it includes your tracking number and a tracking link.
  2. Check your order status anytime by visiting your account if you created one at checkout.
  3. Can't find your tracking email? Email us at support@vibelux.online with your order number and we'll look it up for you.
