✅ 30-DAY RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging

❌ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Custom/personalized neon signs (made to order)
- Items damaged due to misuse

🔄 HOW TO RETURN
1. Email support@vibelux.online with your order number and reason for return
2. We will send you return instructions within 1–2 business days
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, refund is processed within 3–5 business days

💳 REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
